We use an eclectic combination of approaches to meet your specific needs.

These include:

  • An assessment process to determine the source of behaviors and challenges
  • An individualized Mutual Education Plan which will guide our work together
  • Experiential interactions with horses as a safe place to practice new skills
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help manage emotions and increase emotional awareness
  • Family Counseling to create continuity and consistent support for the client
  • One-on-one relationship coaching to facilitate the transfer of new skills to human relationships
